Job Description

Are you a highly skilled and experienced mobility professional looking for a new opportunity? ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our global mobility programs to support the relocation and assignment needs of our employees. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of global mobility best practices and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.   1. Develop and implement global mobility strategies and policies in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on all aspects of global mobility, including immigration, tax, and relocation.
  3. Manage the entire global mobility process, from initial assignment or relocation request to repatriation.
  4. Coordinate and oversee the execution of immigration, tax, and relocation services for employees.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, legal, and finance, to ensure compliance with local and international regulations and policies.
  6. Monitor and report on global mobility program metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, answering questions and providing support throughout the assignment or relocation process.
  8. Conduct regular reviews of global mobility policies and procedures, making updates and adjustments as needed.
  9. Partner with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective delivery of global mobility services.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, bringing new ideas and innovations to the global mobility program.
  11. Mentor and train junior members of the global mobility team.
  12. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our global mobility program and values to current and potential employees.
  14. Adhere to confidentiality and data protection regulations in all aspects of the job.
  15. Travel, as needed, to support employees during assignments or relocations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In International Relocation And Immigration Processes: A Senior Global Mobility Specialist At Servicenow Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing International Relocation And Immigration Processes For Employees. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Visa And Work Permit Requirements, Tax And Social Security Implications, And Other Relevant Regulations.

Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Prioritize, And Execute Tasks Within Tight Deadlines.

  • Knowledge Of Global Mobility Policies And Best Practices: Servicenow Operates In Multiple Countries, And A Senior Global Mobility Specialist Should Be Well-Versed In Global Mobility Policies And Best Practices. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Compliance Requirements, Cost Management, And Other Key Aspects Of Global Mobility.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Global Mobility Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Employees, Managers, Hr Teams, And External Vendors. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building And Maintaining Relationships, Managing Expectations, And Resolving Conflicts.

  • Experience With Global Mobility Technology And Tools: Servicenow Is A Technology Company, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Global Mobility Technology And Tools.
