ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the global mobility program for our employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.   1. Develop and execute global mobility policies and procedures for the organization.
  2. Oversee all aspects of international assignments and relocations, including visa/immigration processes, tax compliance, and cultural training.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding global mobility inquiries and support.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to ensure compliance and alignment with company guidelines.
  5. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with global mobility policies.
  7. Keep up-to-date with global mobility trends and best practices to continuously improve the program.
  8. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on all aspects of global mobility, including pre-assignment planning, cost projections and budgeting, and post-assignment repatriation.
  9. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for international hires.
  10. Maintain accurate records and data related to global mobility assignments and expenses.
  11. Monitor and report on the success and effectiveness of the global mobility program.
  12. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
  13. Train and mentor other members of the global mobility team.
  14. Handle escalations and difficult situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to global mobility.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Global Mobility Management: A Senior Global Mobility Specialist Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience Managing International Assignments And Relocations For A Global Organization. This Includes Knowledge Of Immigration Regulations, Tax Laws, And Cultural Considerations Related To International Assignments.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform: As A Senior Global Mobility Specialist At Servicenow, The Candidate Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Platform And Its Functionalities. This Includes Experience In Utilizing The Platform For Managing Global Mobility Processes, Such As Tracking Employee Assignments, Managing Expenses, And Generating Reports.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Senior Global Mobility Specialist Requires Frequent Communication With Employees, Managers, Hr, And External Vendors. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Information And Build Relationships With Stakeholders.

  • Proven Project Management Skills: Managing Global Mobility Programs Involves Coordinating Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Across Different Time Zones. A Senior Global Mobility Specialist Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects, Prioritizing Tasks, And Meeting Deadlines.

  • Knowledge Of Global Mobility Trends And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Global Mobility.
