  1. Develop and implement GenAI solutions for government clients in the US Public Sector division.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of client needs and requirements to design effective GenAI solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of GenAI solutions with existing systems and processes.
  4. Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality GenAI solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  6. Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the implementation and maintenance process.
  7. Train and mentor junior GenAI Specialists to develop their skills and knowledge.
  8. Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for GenAI solutions in the public sector.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve GenAI solutions.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our GenAI capabilities and build relationships with potential clients.
  11. Follow industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance and security of GenAI solutions.
  12. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and content to highlight our GenAI offerings.
  13. Prepare and present reports and updates on GenAI projects and initiatives to senior management.
  14. Maintain a deep understanding of the government services landscape and identify potential areas for growth and expansion.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Artificial Intelligence (Ai) And Machine Learning (Ml) Technologies, With A Deep Understanding Of Their Applications In The Public Sector.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Us Government Policies And Regulations Related To Ai And Ml, Including Compliance And Security Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Ai And Ml Solutions For Government Agencies, With A Focus On Driving Efficiency And Improving Citizen Services.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Advanced Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Ai Or Ml Roles, Preferably In The Public Sector.
