  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive user interfaces that meet the needs of our customers.
  3. Continuously research and stay updated on the latest front-end development trends and best practices.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot front-end issues and bugs, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.
  5. Work closely with product managers and designers to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly design.
  6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  7. Mentor and guide junior front-end engineers to help them grow and improve their skills.
  8. Contribute to the development and implementation of front-end development processes and standards.
  9. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  10. Participate in planning and estimation meetings to contribute ideas and suggestions for project improvements.
  11. Take ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality work.
  12. Proactively identify and propose solutions to improve the front-end development process and user experience.
  13. Remain up-to-date with industry advancements and share knowledge and expertise with the team.
  14. Adhere to coding and documentation standards and guidelines.
  15. Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Front-End Technologies: A Senior Front-End Software Engineer At Servicenow Should Have A Strong Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Modern Front-End Technologies Such As Html, Css, Javascript, And Frameworks Like React, Angular, Or Vue.js.

  • Full-Stack Development Skills: In Addition To Front-End Technologies, The Ideal Candidate Should Also Possess Knowledge And Experience With Back-End Development, Databases, And Server-Side Programming Languages Such As Java Or Python.

  • Ui/Ux Design Knowledge: A Senior Front-End Software Engineer At Servicenow Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ui/Ux Design Principles And Be Able To Translate Design Requirements Into Functional And Visually Appealing User Interfaces.
