- Develop and implement ServiceNow's ESG reporting strategy.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of ESG data from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of ESG metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for ESG reporting.
- Communicate ESG performance and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance ESG performance.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify emerging ESG trends and issues.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on ESG performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting guidelines related to ESG.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance ESG reporting and initiatives.
- Mentor and train junior analysts on ESG reporting best practices.
Extensive Knowledge Of Esg Reporting Standards And Frameworks: A Senior Esg Reporting Analyst At Servicenow Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Esg Reporting Standards And Frameworks Such As Gri, Sasb, Tcfd, And Sdgs.
Experience In Sustainability Reporting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Reporting, Preferably In A Large Organization. They Should Be Familiar With Reporting On A Wide Range Of Esg Topics And Have A Track Record Of Producing High-Quality Reports.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools: The Role Requires A High Level Of Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Power Bi. The Candidate Should Be Able To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets To Identify Trends And Insights.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Senior Esg Reporting Analyst Will Be Responsible For Managing And Coordinating The Esg Reporting Process At Servicenow. Therefore, They Must Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Tight Deadlines, And Manage Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Engagement: The Role Involves Working Closely With Various Teams And Stakeholders, Both Internal And External, To Gather Data And Information For Esg Reporting. As Such, The Candidate Must Have Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Engage With Stakeholders Effectively To Ensure Accurate And Timely Reporting.
