  1. Develop and implement customer success strategies to ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
  2. Lead and manage a team of customer success professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Drive transformational change initiatives to improve processes, systems, and overall customer success delivery.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and implement best practices for customer success delivery.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer success metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  7. Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership on customer success delivery strategies and initiatives.
  8. Champion a customer-centric culture throughout the organization and ensure all teams are aligned with the company's mission and values.
  9. Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of customer success projects.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve and enhance customer success delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Success Delivery: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Delivery, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Driving Customer Success Outcomes.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Customer Success Managers. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Organizational Change.

  • Strategic Mindset: The Senior Director Must Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Execute A Long-Term Vision For Customer Success Delivery Excellence And Transformation. They Should Also Be Able To Identify New Opportunities For Growth And Drive Business Expansion.

  • Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform: Familiarity With The Servicenow Platform Is A Must For This Role, As The Senior Director Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Strategies To Drive Adoption And Maximize Value For Customers.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Engage With Stakeholders At All Levels, Both Internally And Externally. They Should Also Have Experience In Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Customers.
