We are seeking a Senior Director of AI Ethics & Data Governance to lead our efforts in ensuring the responsible development and deployment of AI technologies within our organization.   1. Develop and implement an AI ethics strategy for the organization, in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of AI technologies, ensuring ethical and responsible practices are followed.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that AI systems and processes adhere to data privacy and security regulations and policies.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments of AI technologies and processes to identify and address potential ethical concerns.
  5. Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in AI ethics and data governance, and provide guidance and recommendations to the organization.
  6. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that AI systems and processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on ethical AI practices and data governance principles.
  8. Communicate and promote the organization's commitment to ethical AI and data governance both internally and externally.
  9. Act as a thought leader and advocate for responsible AI practices within the organization and in the industry.
  10. Provide guidance and support to teams working on AI projects, ensuring that ethical considerations are integrated into the development and deployment process.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Ai Ethics And Data Governance Policies And Procedures In A Large-Scale Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa, As Well As Industry Best Practices Related To Ai Ethics And Data Governance.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Legal, Compliance, And Technology Teams, To Ensure Ethical And Responsible Use Of Ai And Data.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts And Influence Decision-Making At The Executive Level.

  • Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs On Ai Ethics And Data Governance For Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
