  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and legal, to structure and negotiate complex deals.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform pricing decisions.
  4. Manage the pricing approval process and ensure compliance with pricing policies and procedures.
  5. Provide guidance and support to sales teams in deal structuring and pricing to achieve desired outcomes.
  6. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate deal profitability and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Communicate pricing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Lead the Deal Desk team and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve pricing processes and tools.
  11. Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies and disputes.
  12. Collaborate with finance team to forecast and report on revenue and profitability.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate completion of deal documentation and approvals.
  14. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to deal desk operations.
  15. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall business operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Deal Desk Management: A Senior Deal Desk Manager At Servicenow Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Deal Desks In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The End-To-End Deal Process, From Pricing And Contracting To Revenue Recognition And Post-Deal Analysis.

  • Strong Financial And Analytical Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate With Advanced Financial Acumen And Analytical Skills. They Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Deal Structures, Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities, And Provide Strategic Recommendations To Maximize Deal Value And Profitability.

They Should Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Manage Stakeholder Expectations, And Influence Decision-Making To Drive Successful Deal Outcomes.

  • Technical Expertise And System Proficiency: Servicenow Is A Leading Technology Company, And The Senior Deal Desk Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Software And Services. They Should Also Be Proficient In Using Deal Desk Tools And Systems To Manage Deal Workflows And Provide Accurate Reporting And Insights.
