As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team by managing complex deal structures and providing strategic guidance for deal pricing and negotiations.   1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the deal desk operations, including deal structuring, pricing, and negotiations.
  2. Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team in deal pricing and negotiations.
  3. Analyze and evaluate complex deal structures to ensure alignment with company goals and financial targets.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure deals are structured appropriately and meet all requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and policies to support the company's overall pricing strategy.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform pricing decisions.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize deal structures.
  8. Manage and maintain deal approval processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, to understand business needs and provide strategic support.
  10. Train and mentor junior members of the deal desk team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve deal desk processes and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of deal pipeline and revenue.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on deal structures, pricing strategies, and industry trends.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to present and explain deal structures and pricing decisions.
  15. Adhere to all confidentiality and data protection policies and procedures.

  • Strong Financial Background: A Senior Deal Desk Manager At Servicenow Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Principles And Be Able To Analyze Complex Financial Data To Support Deal Negotiations And Decision-Making.

  • Proven Experience In Deal Structuring And Pricing: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Has A Track Record Of Successfully Structuring And Pricing Complex Deals. They Should Be Able To Balance The Needs Of The Business With Customer Requirements To Create Win-Win Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Key Liaison Between Sales, Finance, And Legal Teams, A Senior Deal Desk Manager Must Have Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills To Facilitate Successful Deal Closures.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: This Position Requires A Candidate Who Can Think Strategically And Identify Creative Solutions To Complex Deal Challenges. They Should Be Able To Anticipate Potential Roadblocks And Proactively Address Them.

  • Experience In Managing A Team: A Senior Deal Desk Manager At Servicenow Must Have Experience In Managing A Team Of Deal Desk Professionals. They Should Be Able To Mentor And Develop Team Members While Promoting A High-Performing And Collaborative Culture.
