Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our ServiceNow team. In this role, you will join a team of highly-skilled and talented professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and results.To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong background in data analysis, including experience with data mining, predictive modeling, and analytics. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.You must also be highly organized, detail-oriented and have an aptitude for problem-solving. You must have an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform, be comfortable working with SQL and have a working knowledge of tools such as Tableau and Power BI.If you have a commitment to excellence and a passion for data-driven decision making, we want to hear from you!
