We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team and lead the charge in our partnership with Moveworks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers, working closely with Moveworks to drive value and maximize their use of our platform.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns related to the partnership with Moveworks.
  2. Collaborate with the Moveworks team to understand their business needs and goals, and strategize ways to maximize the use and value of our platform for their organization.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations on how to best utilize ServiceNow to achieve their desired outcomes.
  4. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may impact customer satisfaction or success.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Act as a liaison between ServiceNow and Moveworks, ensuring effective communication and alignment between the two organizations.
  7. Educate customers on new features and updates to the platform, and provide training and support as needed.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to both ServiceNow and Moveworks.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within ServiceNow to continuously improve the customer experience and address any issues or concerns.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Success Management: A Senior Customer Success Manager At Servicenow Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Management Or A Related Field. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Enterprise-Level Clients.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients At All Levels. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Itsm And Ai Technology: Servicenow Is A Leading Provider Of Itsm And Ai Technology Solutions, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of These Areas. They Should Be Able To Leverage This Knowledge To Provide Guidance And Support To Clients, And Help Them Drive Maximum Value From Their Investments In Servicenow.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Senior Customer Success Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Customer Success Managers, And Therefore Should Have Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Shared Goals And Objectives.

  • Analytical And Strategic Thinking: In Addition To Managing Client Relationships, The Senior Customer Success Manager Should Also Be Able To Think Strategically And Use Data-Driven Insights To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Improvement. They Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Use Data To Measure And Track Client Success.
