Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate Sales Enablement Manager to join our ServiceNow team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful sales enablement strategies and developing best practices.The successful candidate will be an energetic, hands-on professional with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. The Sales Enablement Manager will have extensive experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales training, and sales process optimization.We require a minimum of 5 years of sales enablement experience, ideally in a SaaS environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is preferred.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales enablement strategy, managing the sales enablement budget, and optimizing the sales process. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs, ensuring that sales teams are up to date on product knowledge, and providing ongoing support to the sales teams.If you are an experienced Sales Enablement Manager who is looking for an opportunity to make a real impact on our sales organization, we want to hear from you!
