- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the SLED market, including state, local, and education organizations.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners in the SLED market, addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining a high level of partner satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and improve partner programs and processes to drive maximum value and impact for both ServiceNow and our partners.
