In-Depth Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform, Including Its Features, Capabilities, And Best Practices. They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Configuring Various Servicenow Modules, Such As Itsm, Itom, Csm, And Hrsd.
Strong Technical Skills: A Solution Architect At Servicenow Should Have A Strong Technical Background With Expertise In Programming Languages, Web Technologies, And Database Management. They Should Be Able To Design And Develop Complex Solutions Using Servicenow's Customization Tools, Including Javascript, Html, Css, And Glide Apis.
Experience In Solution Design And Architecture: The Candidate Must Have Prior Experience In Designing And Delivering Enterprise-Level Solutions Using Servicenow.
