  1. Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for ServiceNow's Platform & AI solutions.
  2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape in order to inform product positioning and messaging.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer success to ensure product success and adoption.
  4. Create compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value of ServiceNow's Platform & AI solutions to target audiences.
  5. Develop and maintain product collateral, including sales enablement materials, product videos, and product demos.
  6. Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  7. Drive market awareness and demand for ServiceNow's Platform & AI solutions through targeted campaigns and events.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve product positioning and messaging.
  9. Provide guidance and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell the Platform & AI solutions.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for the Platform & AI solutions, both internally and externally, by staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  11. Collaborate with the content team to create thought leadership pieces and other content that showcases the value and impact of ServiceNow's Platform & AI solutions.
  12. Track and report on key metrics and KPIs related to product marketing efforts.
  13. Continuously evaluate and optimize product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and growth.
  14. Represent ServiceNow and its Platform & AI solutions at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  15. Foster a team culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Marketing, With At Least 2 Years In A Platform Or Ai-Related Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Promoting New Products Or Features In A B2B Software Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Ai And Platform Technologies, As Well As The Ability To Translate Technical Concepts Into Compelling Messaging For Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Market Research And Data Analysis To Inform Marketing Strategy And Decision-Making.

Compensation
