- Develop and implement DevSecOps strategies and best practices to ensure the security and reliability of our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security protocols and processes into the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities or risks in our products.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in security to continuously improve our processes and procedures.
- Mentor and guide other software engineers in the team to build a strong culture of security and quality.

- Work closely with Product Management to understand product requirements and provide technical expertise in the development of new features.

- Collaborate with the Product Security team to develop and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines for our products.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on security initiatives, issues, and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in the software development process by identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of the codebase.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy and direction of the company.
- Actively participate in team meetings and provide technical guidance and insights to help drive the success of the team and the company.
- Collaborate with other Principal Software Engineers to drive the evolution of our software engineering practices and standards.
Extensive Experience In Software Engineering: A Principal Software Engineer At Servicenow Should Have A Strong Background In Software Engineering, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Developing Complex And Scalable Software Systems.
