Principal Product Manager, Hyperscaler & Multi-Cloud

- Develop and drive the vision and strategy for ServiceNow's Hyperscaler & Multi-Cloud product portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute on product roadmap and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the hyperscaler and multi-cloud market.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define product features, requirements, and priorities.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the product portfolio.
- Drive product innovation and identify new opportunities for growth in the hyperscaler and multi-cloud market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in hyperscaler and multi-cloud technologies.
- Mentor and guide other product managers within the organization.
- Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage the product budget and make strategic investment decisions to drive product growth.
- Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences to showcase our product offerings and network with potential partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert for hyperscaler and multi-cloud technologies and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings and drive business growth.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Principal Product Manager Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products In The Technology Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hyperscale And Multi-Cloud Environments: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hyperscale And Multi-Cloud Environments, Including The Latest Trends, Technologies, And Best Practices. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Major Cloud Providers Like Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud.
Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: As A Principal Product Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Develop And Execute Product Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Vision And Goals, And Effectively Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Results.
Strong Technical Background: The Role Of Principal Product Manager, Hyperscaler & Multi-Cloud Requires A Strong Technical Background, With Experience In Cloud Computing, Infrastructure, And Devops. The Candidate Should Be Able To Understand And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Principal Product Manager Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Customers, Executives, And Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Build Relationships, Influence Decisions, And Drive Alignment Across Teams.
