Principal Product Manager, Hyperscaler & Multi-Cloud

- Develop and drive the product strategy for our Hyperscaler & Multi-Cloud product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure the success of our products.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and trends in the hyperscaler and multi-cloud market.
- Work closely with customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback to inform product development.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of hyperscaler and multi-cloud environments, including key features, capabilities, and integration points.
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including feature requirements, user stories, and release plans.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and customers.
- Monitor product performance and key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hyperscaler and multi-cloud technology to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
- Mentor and lead a team of product managers, providing guidance and support on product strategy and execution.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including beta testing, GA release, and ongoing product updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Ensure successful product adoption through effective product training, documentation, and support materials.
- Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product innovation.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Products In The Hyperscaler And Multi-Cloud Space.
Strong Understanding Of Hyperscaler And Multi-Cloud Technologies: A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Technologies In The Hyperscaler And Multi-Cloud Market Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Major Hyperscalers Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud, As Well As A Comprehensive Knowledge Of Multi-Cloud Environments.
Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: As A Principal Product Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Think Strategically And Make Critical Decisions That Will Shape The Future Of Servicenow's Hyperscaler And Multi-Cloud Products. Strong Leadership Skills Are Also Necessary To Guide And Mentor A Team Of Product Managers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders, Customers, And Team Members. Collaboration Skills Are Also Essential To Work Closely With Engineering, Sales, Marketing, And Other Teams To Drive The Success Of The Product.
