- Lead the design process for the Moveworks team, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Develop and drive the product design strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain a user-centered design approach, continuously gathering feedback and iterating on designs to meet user needs and expectations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, particularly in the area of AI technology.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering their professional growth.
- Communicate and present design concepts and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
- Drive innovation and push the boundaries of what's possible in enterprise AI technology.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all product designs and experiences.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and product development.
- Represent ServiceNow and the Moveworks team at industry events and conferences.
Extensive Experience In Designing And Delivering Successful Enterprise-Level Products, Preferably In The Ai Or Conversational Ai Space.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Design Teams, Including Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, With The Ability To Effectively Translate User Needs Into Intuitive And Elegant Product Designs.
Demonstrated Ability To Strategize And Execute On A Cohesive Product Vision, While Also Maintaining A Strong Focus On Data-Driven Decision Making.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Defend Design Decisions To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
