- Lead and develop the overall architectural design and strategy for ServiceNow's platform.

- Continuously evaluate the platform's performance and scalability, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in platform development.
- Mentor and guide team members on technical solutions, architecture, and best practices.
- Ensure that the platform meets all functional and non-functional requirements, including security, reliability, and usability.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential areas for platform growth and innovation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the platform architecture.

- Represent ServiceNow as a subject matter expert in platform architecture at industry events and conferences.
Extensive Experience In Software Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Software Architectures. This Should Include A Solid Understanding Of Distributed Systems, Microservices, And Cloud Computing.
Expertise In Servicenow Platform: The Principal Platform Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform, Including Its Capabilities, Limitations, And Best Practices. They Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Solutions On The Platform, As Well As Integrating With Other Systems.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Principal Platform Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Architects And Developers. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, And A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Mentoring A Team.
