  1. Develop and execute the AI assistant product strategy for MoveWorks, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive innovation and deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers.
  3. Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape in the AI space, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.
  4. Lead the development and prioritization of product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with customer needs and business priorities.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and new features.
  6. Work closely with the engineering team to define product requirements and ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  7. Define and track key product metrics to measure product success and inform future product decisions.
  8. Serve as the subject matter expert for AI technology and its applications in the employee experience space.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to other product managers within the organization.
  10. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and updates to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  11. Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from customers, sales, and support teams to improve product functionality and user experience.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging and positioning for the AI assistant product.
  13. Identify and pursue partnerships and integration opportunities to enhance the AI assistant product's capabilities.
  14. Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  15. Represent MoveWorks at industry events and conferences to showcase the AI assistant product and gather insights from industry experts.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning: The Principal Inbound Product Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies, Particularly As They Relate To Employee Experience. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Developing And Refining The Ai Assistant Product For Servicenow.
