  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and driving meaningful impact.
  3. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  4. Create and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  6. Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to succeed.
  7. Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential roadblocks or risks.
  8. Guide clients through the implementation process, providing training and support as needed.
  9. Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow products and updates, and effectively communicate these to clients.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and optimize processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and drive efficiency.
  11. Act as a mentor and role model for junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
