You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and delivering actionable insights to help drive our people strategy forward.To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in data analysis and human resources, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.   1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in workforce data and provide actionable insights to guide decision making for the HR team and leadership.
  2. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement people strategies and initiatives based on data and insights.
  3. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and engaging manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on people analytics and provide guidance and support to HR team members on data analysis and interpretation.
  5. Lead the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  6. Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
  7. Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality analytics and insights.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to gather and analyze data from various sources and systems.
  10. Provide training and support to team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities and provide relevant insights and recommendations.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people analytics initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Data Analytics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In People Analytics, Data Analysis, Or Hr Analytics.

  • Strong Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Data Visualization Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Power Bi.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Systems, Particularly In The Areas Of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights For Various Stakeholders.
