- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure their success on the ServiceNow platform.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing them with support, guidance, and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve partner-related issues and challenges.
- Conduct regular partner meetings to review performance and address any concerns or opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement and drive partner success.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners have access to the necessary tools and resources to be successful.

- Act as a liaison between partners and other departments within the company to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain partner success plans to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Act as an advocate for partners within the company, providing feedback and insights to improve the partner experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute joint partner marketing initiatives.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand the Partner Success Network.
- Continuously assess and improve partner programs and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In Partner Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Partnerships, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Partners.
