  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure their success on the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing them with support, guidance, and resources.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve partner-related issues and challenges.
  4. Conduct regular partner meetings to review performance and address any concerns or opportunities.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement and drive partner success.
  6. Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners have access to the necessary tools and resources to be successful.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.
  9. Communicate effectively with partners to keep them informed of new features, updates, and changes to the platform.
  10. Act as a liaison between partners and other departments within the company to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  11. Develop and maintain partner success plans to meet and exceed business objectives.
  12. Act as an advocate for partners within the company, providing feedback and insights to improve the partner experience.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute joint partner marketing initiatives.
  14. Identify and onboard new partners to expand the Partner Success Network.
  15. Continuously assess and improve partner programs and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Partner Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Partnerships, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Partners.

  • Knowledge Of Servicenow And Its Ecosystem: A Deep Understanding Of Servicenow's Products, Services, And Partner Ecosystem Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Offerings, As Well As The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Growth Within The Partner Network.
