  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the success of our Partner Success Network.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners to ensure their satisfaction and support their growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner strategies with overall business goals.
  4. Manage and monitor the performance of the Partner Success Network, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  5. Create and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the Partner Success Network.
  6. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage partnerships.
  7. Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, providing support and guidance as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the Partner Success Network.
  9. Identify and pursue opportunities for new partnerships and expansion within the existing network.
  10. Communicate regularly with partners to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for the Partner Success Network.
  12. Monitor and report on the financial performance of partnerships.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint partner marketing and sales initiatives.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the Partner Success Network.
  15. Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Partner Success Network team.

  • Experience In Partner Management: A Successful Partner Success Network Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record In Managing And Nurturing Relationships With Partners. This Includes Experience In Developing Partner Programs, Negotiating Contracts, And Supporting Partner Growth.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Partner Success Network Manager Will Need To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Both Internal Teams And External Partners. This Requires Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Servicenow Products And Industry: A Deep Understanding Of Servicenow Products And The It Industry Is Essential For This Role. The Partner Success Network Manager Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Capabilities, As Well As A Good Understanding Of Industry Trends And Market Dynamics.
