- Develop and maintain relationships with top consulting partners to drive program success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of partner strategy with overall business goals.
- Drive partner enablement and performance through training, resources and support.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Act as a liaison between ServiceNow and partner organizations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partner strategy and decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the management consulting industry and our partner program.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the partner network and increase market penetration.
- Drive the development and execution of joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of partner-led projects.
- Effectively communicate partner updates, initiatives, and performance to senior leadership.
- Manage partner contracts and negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences to promote our partner program and build relationships.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the partner management process.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Management Consulting, Preferably In A Partner Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of The Technology Industry And Experience Working With Software Companies.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship Building Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Partnerships, Driving Revenue, And Achieving Business Objectives.
