  1. Develop deep understanding of financial services and insurance industry workflows to identify customer needs and pain points.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative technology solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business success.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal teams and clients on industry-specific workflows and processes.
  5. Lead the development and implementation of customized solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  6. Create and deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our technology solutions to clients.
  7. Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to identify new business opportunities and support in the sales process.
  8. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to enhance and improve our technology solutions based on customer feedback and industry developments.
  9. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how to optimize their processes and achieve their business goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure our solutions are in line with industry standards.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on industry workflows, customer engagement, and solution design.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and workshops to network and showcase our expertise in the financial services and insurance industry.
