We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industry Analyst Relations Senior Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic analyst relations program for our AI platform. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about shaping the perception of our company in the industry and building strong relationships with influential analysts.   1. Develop and execute a strategic analyst relations program for ServiceNow's AI platform.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with influential analysts in the AI market.
  3. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure alignment with analyst relations strategy.
  4. Proactively identify and engage with analysts to educate them on ServiceNow's AI platform and capabilities.
  5. Plan and coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and research requests to ensure accurate and timely information is provided.
  6. Monitor and track analyst coverage and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to incorporate analyst insights and feedback into messaging and positioning.
  8. Plan and execute analyst events and activities to showcase ServiceNow's AI platform and thought leadership in the industry.
  9. Measure and report on the impact and success of analyst relations efforts.
  10. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments and analyst relations best practices.
  11. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on engaging with analysts and leveraging analyst insights.
  12. Represent ServiceNow at industry conferences and events and build relationships with key analysts.
  13. Develop and maintain a database of analyst contacts and track interactions and engagements.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the analyst relations program to enhance the company's reputation and influence in the industry.
  15. Keep internal stakeholders informed of analyst insights, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
