If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a GSI Partner Manager for Moveworks at ServiceNow.As a GSI Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with global system integrators (GSI) to drive revenue and expand our market presence. You will be the main point of contact for our GSIs, working closely with them to align our solutions with their business objectives and drive joint sales opportunities.To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in partner management and a deep understanding of the technology industry. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with GSIs.   1. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with global system integrators (GSI) to drive revenue and expand market presence.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for GSIs, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with GSIs to align our solutions with their business objectives and identify joint sales opportunities.
  4. Build and execute a comprehensive partner business plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  5. Identify and onboard new GSIs to expand our partner network and increase market reach.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to inform partnership strategies and tactics.
  7. Effectively communicate and represent the company's value proposition and offerings to GSIs.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of joint sales opportunities.
  9. Track and report on partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on partner-related initiatives.
  11. Travel to meet with GSIs and attend industry events as needed.
  12. Cultivate a positive and collaborative working relationship with GSIs to promote long-term partnerships.

  • Strong Sales And Account Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Growing A Book Of Business, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role And Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Their Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Gsi Partner Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Presenting Moveworks' Value Proposition To Potential Partners. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Gsi Partner Manager Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Partnership Expansion. They Should Also Possess Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive Business Outcomes.
