- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with global system integrators (GSI) to drive revenue and expand market presence.
- Serve as the main point of contact for GSIs, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with GSIs to align our solutions with their business objectives and identify joint sales opportunities.
- Build and execute a comprehensive partner business plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and onboard new GSIs to expand our partner network and increase market reach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to inform partnership strategies and tactics.
- Effectively communicate and represent the company's value proposition and offerings to GSIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of joint sales opportunities.
- Track and report on partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on partner-related initiatives.
- Travel to meet with GSIs and attend industry events as needed.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative working relationship with GSIs to promote long-term partnerships.
Strong Sales And Account Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Growing A Book Of Business, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of The Partner Ecosystem And Be Able To Identify And Cultivate Strategic Relationships.
Technical Expertise: The Gsi Partner Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Demonstrate The Value Of Moveworks To Potential Partners. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Ai And Machine Learning, As Well As Experience With Cloud-Based Solutions.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Partner Managers And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role And Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Their Team.
