Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Change Management, Preferably Within A Technology Or Software Company.
Strong Understanding Of Go-To-Market Strategies And Product Launch Processes.
Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Change Initiatives And Driving Adoption Of New Processes And Tools.
