In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing key global partnerships to drive the growth of our embedded solution sales.   1. Develop and implement a global partnership strategy to drive growth in embedded solution sales.
  2. Identify and cultivate key partnerships with global companies to expand ServiceNow's reach and market share.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact and liaison between ServiceNow and partner executives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  6. Drive the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  7. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential partnership opportunities.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform and embedded solutions, providing guidance and support to partners.
  9. Collaborate with sales teams to leverage partner relationships and drive sales opportunities.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to partnership activities.
  11. Stay current on industry trends, developments, and best practices related to global partnerships.
  12. Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences to promote the company and build new partnerships.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to support their growth and development.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of partnership strategies and processes.
  15. Proactively identify and address any challenges or roadblocks to achieving partnership goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Business Development And Sales Within The Technology Industry, Specifically In The Embedded Solutions Market.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Building And Managing Strategic Partnerships With Global Partners, Resulting In Significant Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Embedded Solutions Landscape, Including Emerging Trends And Technologies, As Well As Competitive Landscape.
