- Develop and lead strategic plans to drive growth of the Embedded Solution Sales program.
- Collaborate with global partners to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth.
- Drive the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to support the program.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for partner business development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of embedded solutions and their value proposition.
- Provide regular updates and reports on program performance and achievement of goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of partner business development efforts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for partners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop training programs and resources for partners to enhance their knowledge and understanding of our products and services.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of efforts.
- Travel to partner locations as needed to develop and maintain relationships and support business development efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in partner business development and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and foster partnerships.
Strong Sales And Business Development Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Business Development, Preferably In The Technology Or Software Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Closing Complex Deals In A Global Environment.
Deep Understanding Of Embedded Solutions: The Global Partner Business Development Director Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Embedded Solutions And Be Able To Articulate The Value Proposition And Benefits To Potential Partners And Customers. They Should Also Have Experience In Building And Managing Partnerships With Hardware And Software Vendors.
