Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Field Account Executive to join our team at ServiceNow and help drive our growth strategy. Our ideal candidate is a passionate and motivated individual who is eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The successful candidate will leverage their business acumen and expertise in sales to identify and develop relationships with new customers, drive sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships with existing customers. They will be a key player in helping to build our customer base and reach our sales targets.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a field account executive or similar role. You should also have a strong sales background with a solid track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential to this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  2. Drive sales opportunities and reach sales targets.
  3. Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  4. Develop strategies to build customer base.
  5. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback.
  7. Manage customer accounts to ensure customer retention.
  8. Manage customer databases and data entry.
  9. Keep up-to-date with market trends and new products.
  10. Prepare reports and sales presentations.
