Extensive Experience In Both Retail And Hospitality Industries: A Successful Enterprise Architect For Servicenow's Retail & Hospitality Division Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Needs Of Both Industries. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Technology Solutions In These Sectors.
Strong Knowledge Of Enterprise Architecture Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Foundation In Enterprise Architecture, Including A Deep Understanding Of Technology Infrastructure, Systems Integration, And Data Management. They Should Be Able To Develop And Execute A Strategic Technology Roadmap That Aligns With The Company's Business Goals.
Expertise In Servicenow Platform: Servicenow Is A Key Technology Platform For Many Retail And Hospitality Companies, And The Enterprise Architect Should Have Significant Experience With The Platform. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Its Capabilities And Limitations, As Well As Experience With Implementing And Customizing Servicenow Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As An Enterprise Architect, The Candidate Will Need To Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And External Vendors.
