  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts within the enterprise market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at enterprise clients.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential clients to identify their needs and understand the competitive landscape.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales and provide a seamless customer experience.
  6. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of ServiceNow's enterprise solutions.
  7. Negotiate and close deals with clients, including contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
  9. Regularly update sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
  10. Represent ServiceNow at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate new business leads.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in technology to effectively position ServiceNow's solutions in the market.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow's products and services, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  13. Provide timely and comprehensive reports on sales activities and performance to management.
  14. Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive team success.
