  1. Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier enterprise clients to drive sales and revenue growth for the company.
  2. Utilize a strategic and consultative sales approach to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive successful sales strategies and initiatives.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position ServiceNow as a leader in the market.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  6. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
  7. Utilize effective communication skills to deliver compelling presentations and demos to potential clients.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure successful deal closures.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and potential upsell opportunities.
  10. Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities to effectively sell to clients.
  11. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
  12. Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and collaborate on strategies for success.
