  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to support and engage customers throughout their journey with ServiceNow.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and retention among existing customers.
  3. Drive customer advocacy and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to better understand their needs and ensure a positive customer experience.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  6. Create and manage customer marketing budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to continually improve and adapt marketing strategies.
  8. Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute on customer marketing initiatives and achieve goals.
  9. Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  10. Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and products to customers.
  11. Collaborate with product teams to develop and launch customer-focused products and features.
  12. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of B2B marketing best practices and apply them to customer marketing strategies.
  13. Continually evaluate and improve customer marketing processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Act as an ambassador for ServiceNow, promoting our mission and values to both internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Embody a customer-centric mindset and work to ensure customer success is at the forefront of all marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Customer Marketing Or Related Roles, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Position.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Segmentation, Journey Mapping, And Personas.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Customer Marketing Strategies And Campaigns.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
