  1. Develop and drive the overall vision and strategy for ServiceNow's GTM transformation product, with a specific focus on Dynamics CRM.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
  4. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Dynamics CRM market, including customer needs, pain points, and emerging technologies.
  6. Partner with key stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  7. Own the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continually gather feedback to improve the product and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product management, and leverage this knowledge to drive product innovation.
  10. Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, representing the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, customers, and industry experts.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products In The Software Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gtm Strategies: The Director Product Management Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Go-To-Market (Gtm) Strategies, Particularly In The Context Of Transformational Products. This Includes Developing And Executing Product Positioning, Pricing, And Packaging Strategies.

  • Expertise In Dynamics Crm: The Role Specifically Requires Experience And Expertise In Dynamics Crm (Customer Relationship Management) Software. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Dynamics Crm Market, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Leader Of The Gtm Transformation Product Team, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Build And Motivate A High-Performing Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Director Of Product Management Will Be Responsible For Driving The Overall Strategy And Vision For The Gtm Transformation Product. As Such, The Candidate Should Have Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And Business Acumen To Make Informed Decisions And Drive The Product's Success In The Market.
