Job Description

Support leadership to Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a Data Governance strategy. Support DG (Data Governance) team in the documenting reviews of data changes, monitoring and reporting of effectiveness and compliance of data handling in the organization. Support DG (Data Governance) team with analysis, data manipulation from data discovery. Lead the data discovery operation and coordinate with teams to validate results. Drive continuous improvement within the Data Governance Office to ensure efficiency and value to the organization and our customers. Engage with requesting teams to ensure process is working efficiently, driving improvements when needed to help teams achieve approval in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years’ experience with data analysis, reporting, trending, data manipulation

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform – preferably holding certifications (a plus)

  • Passion for working in a values-based company in alignment with a learning organization

  • Previous experience in Software Development Industry, preferably ServiceNow trained/certified
