  1. Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of ServiceNow's data centers, ensuring maximum uptime and availability.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments of data center equipment, systems, and processes to identify and resolve any potential issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for data center operations, including disaster recovery plans and maintenance schedules.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software, or networking issues that may impact data center operations.
  5. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as firmware updates, server reboots, and hardware replacements, to ensure optimal performance of data center equipment.
  6. Monitor and maintain data center environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, and power consumption, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  7. Maintain accurate documentation of data center procedures, configurations, and maintenance records.
  8. Implement and maintain data center security protocols and procedures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all data center operations.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and equipment.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data center technology and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our data centers.
