- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of ServiceNow's data centers, which are the backbone of the company's infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of all data center equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that arise in the data center environment
- Conduct regular system and infrastructure audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes in the data center
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data center operations
- Monitor and manage capacity planning for data center resources to ensure scalability and reliability
- Maintain accurate documentation of data center processes, procedures, and configurations
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for data center operations

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Data Center Operations Or A Similar Role.
Proficiency In Server Hardware And Network Infrastructure, Including Experience With Cisco, Dell, And Hp Equipment.
Strong Knowledge Of Virtualization Technologies, Such As Vmware And Hyper-V.
Experience With Scripting Languages, Such As Python Or Powershell, For Automation And Monitoring Tasks.
