  4. Create and maintain documentation for CRM processes, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Perform regular system audits to identify and address any issues or gaps.
  6. Lead the integration of CRM systems with other business applications and platforms.

  8. Train and support end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the CRM system.
