As a member of our Market Readiness & Development (MRD) organization, you will play a critical role in helping our clients leverage the power of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to drive their business forward.   1. Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow's CRM solutions, providing expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  2. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client needs and develop customized CRM solutions.
  3. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current CRM systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
  4. Lead the implementation of CRM solutions for clients, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
  5. Train and educate clients on the functionality and capabilities of ServiceNow's CRM solutions.
  6. Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in CRM technology, providing insights and recommendations to improve ServiceNow's offerings.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to drive innovation and improvements to ServiceNow's CRM solutions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow's CRM product offerings and updates, effectively communicating these to clients and internal teams.
  10. Effectively manage projects, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow's CRM solutions.
  11. Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks during the implementation process, providing timely and effective solutions.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for ServiceNow, promoting the company's values and culture both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Expert Knowledge Of Crm Systems And Processes: A Qualified Crm Advisory Solution Consultant, Mrd Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management Systems And Processes, Including Sales, Marketing, And Customer Service Modules.

  • Strong Technical Skills: This Role Requires A Strong Technical Background, Including Experience With Crm Software, Databases, And Data Integration. Knowledge Of Web Development And Programming Languages Is Also Beneficial.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Solution Consultant, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Crm Advisory Solution Consultant, Mrd Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Business Requirements And Design Solutions That Meet The Needs Of The Customer. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are Crucial For Identifying And Resolving Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Experience In Customer-Facing Roles: This Role Involves Working Closely With Clients To Understand Their Business Needs, Gather Requirements, And Deliver Solutions. Previous Experience In Customer-Facing Roles, Such As Consulting Or Account Management, Is Highly Desirable For This Position.
