As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our company's contracts and legal processes.   1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s contracts and legal processes.
  2. Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating to execution and renewal.
  3. Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  4. Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to negotiate and finalize contract terms.
  5. Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and make recommendations for mitigating them.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
  7. Monitor contract performance and compliance, and work with relevant teams to resolve any issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory changes that may impact contracts and legal processes.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and legal counsel.
  10. Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management processes and best practices.
  11. Identify opportunities to improve and streamline contract management processes and procedures.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on contract status and performance.
  13. Handle any disputes or issues that may arise during the contract lifecycle.
  14. Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in contract management and legal processes.
  15. Represent ServiceNow in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Law, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Contract Law And Legal Principles.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills.

  • Experience In Managing And Drafting Complex Contracts, Including Software Licensing Agreements And Service Level Agreements.
