- Continuously monitor and analyze client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted messaging and campaigns for the telecommunications industry.
- Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and build brand awareness.
- Mentor and train junior team members on best practices for client management and sales strategies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In A Client Management Or Account Director Role Within The Telecommunications Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships, Preferably Within A Saas Or Technology Company.
Strong Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry, Including Current Trends And Competitive Landscape.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present To And Negotiate With C-Level Executives.
