  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the telecommunications industry.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and act as their advocate within the company.
  3. Understand the needs and pain points of clients in the telecommunications industry and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue within the telecommunications sector.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  8. Actively manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  9. Lead contract negotiations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  11. Continuously monitor and analyze client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted messaging and campaigns for the telecommunications industry.
  13. Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and build brand awareness.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on best practices for client management and sales strategies.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In A Client Management Or Account Director Role Within The Telecommunications Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships, Preferably Within A Saas Or Technology Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Telecommunications Industry, Including Current Trends And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present To And Negotiate With C-Level Executives.
