- Serve as the primary point of contact for all telecommunications inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including emerging technologies and trends.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform: As A Principal Technical Consultant, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background And Expertise In The Servicenow Platform, Including Its Architecture, Capabilities, And Integrations With Other Systems.
Excellent Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Telecommunications Projects Using The Servicenow Platform.
