  1. Develop and implement change management strategies to drive organizational change within the finance department.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to implement change.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of current financial processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  4. Lead cross-functional project teams to execute change initiatives and ensure timely completion.
  5. Communicate and educate finance team members on the purpose and benefits of change initiatives.
  6. Monitor and track progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any obstacles or roadblocks.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout change management process.
  8. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
  9. Provide guidance and support to finance team members during times of change, promoting a positive and adaptable mindset.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance and change management, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.

  • Strong Financial Background: A Change Manager - Finance At Servicenow Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Financial Processes, Procedures, And Systems. This Includes Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, And Reporting.
