  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive certification learning strategy for ServiceNow employees.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and create targeted training programs.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure the learning strategy remains relevant and effective.
  4. Design and deliver engaging training materials, including online courses, classroom sessions, and virtual learning opportunities.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve outcomes.
  6. Manage a team of learning professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of the learning strategy.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage resources and expertise for the certification learning program.

Job Qualifications
