  • Proficiency In Servicenow Platform And Its Various Modules, Such As Itsm, Hrsd, Csm, Etc.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean, Six Sigma, And Agile.
