- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions using ServiceNow products.
- Engage with clients to assess their current processes and identify areas for improvement, providing expert recommendations and guidance.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow products to potential clients.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of ServiceNow solutions.
- Continuously expand and update technical knowledge of ServiceNow products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Work closely with clients to understand and document their requirements, translating them into technical solutions that meet their business needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients, ensuring their successful adoption and usage of ServiceNow products.
- Assist with the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions, working closely with project managers and other team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and reports on project progress and any potential issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ServiceNow products to existing clients.
- Collaborate with other solution consultants to share best practices and optimize processes within the team.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales and marketing materials, including product documentation, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services to potential clients.
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Embody the values and culture of ServiceNow, promoting our vision and mission to transform the way businesses operate.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Role, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Or Consulting Role.
Strong Understanding Of It Service Management Processes And Itil Framework.
Proficiency In One Or More Programming Languages, Such As Javascript, Python, Or Java, And Experience With Web Development Technologies (Html, Css, Etc.).
